We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Payment details are provided during booking.

Depending on which offer you will book on, either a deposit  or the full amount will be required to secure your stay. The amount and due date are shown during the booking process.

We offer two main rate types: Flexible and Non-Refundable. The specific terms (refund amount, deadlines) depend on the rate you choose at booking.
Flexible Rates: Allow free cancellation up to a certain date. Cancellations after this period, or no-shows, result in the full charge of the booking value.
Non-Refundable Rates: Require a full prepayment at the time of booking, which is not refundable if cancelled at any time. This is the lowest rate.

Private use of the villa, all listed amenities, Wi-Fi, linens/towels, final cleaning and welcome basket.

Yes. Upon arrival, a valid credit card is required to secure a Damage Guarantee of €750. This amount is NOT charged upfront.
By providing the card, you authorize us to charge the actual cost of any damages or excessive cleaning required during your stay, up to a maximum of €750. The card details are securely managed and destroyed after a successful inspection of the villa upon your departure.

Maximum Occupancy: The villas can host a maximum of: 8 people for Zante Soleil, 6 people for Zante Luna and 4 people for Zante Starlet. Parties/Events: Events and parties are not permitted without prior written approval. Noise: Please respect quiet hours between 03:00 PM – 05:30 PM and 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villas. 

Day Visitors: You are welcome to have friends or family visit the villa during the day.
Overnight Guests: The number of guests sleeping in the villa (overnight stays) must not exceed the maximum capacity for that specific villa (e.g., 8 guests). The maximum capacity is strictly enforced for safety, insurance, and wear-and-tear purposes.

Most pets are allowed in the villas upon request. Please check with us before booking.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers upon request and availability.

15 minutes from Zakynthos Airport, 10 minutes from Zakynthos Town.

Highly recommended. Our villas are centrally located but a car is the best way to explore the island comfortably.  Book our combo offer villa with car and enjoy exclusive savings.

Yes, each villa features a private pool prepared before your arrival.

Yes, all our villas have air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Each villa includes a washing machine, iron and drying rack. Laundry services are available upon request.

No, breakfast is not included—but we can arrange a breakfast basket or private chef upon request.

Yes, upon request and availability (e.g. baby cot, high chair).

Absolutely, upon availability on the island and the specific dietary restriction. Let us know in advance, and we will try and tailor your welcome basket or chef services accordingly.

Children are welcome and cots/cribs can be arranged on request.

Yes, local shops and supermarkets are within a short drive of each villa.

All linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided. You may want to bring beach towels, sunscreen, and personal toiletries.
